Take a look at this magnificant lady! Legacy's Gold Dutchess or " Dusty " as we call her around the barn is a 10 yr old registered Tennessee Walking Horse standing 15.2hh, buckskin with a frosted mane and tail that makes her stand out wherever she goes. Dusty has been professionally trained and is a real plesure to ride. She will park out for you to mount, stands quietly in the crossties, loves a bath, is a pleasure for your farrier to trim or shoe, easy to use electric clippers on, apply fly spray, load and unload from a trailer. You will enjoy your trail rides on Dusty as she walks quietly on a loose rein. When you are ready to pick up the pace a little leg pressure and she will do a run walk that is easy and smooth. Apply a little more leg and she will slip into a nice canter. Take off some of the leg pressure, take up a little rein and she will come right back down to an easy walk. I have hauled Dusty to many trail rides, some with a large number of riders and she always behaves very well. We sometimes lead, go in the middle or even bring up the rear and Dusty always does great. She has been ridden in the Leatherwood Mountains where she starred in the TV show " Best Of America By Horseback ". We have taken her all over the Sandhills and into several states. Dusty is UTD on all her vaccinations ( new shots this month ) and has a current negative coggins.

This horse is the most "people friendly" horse I've seen in quiet a few years of training quality trail horses. Dusty absolutly loves being with her human partner. If you are looking for that special lifetime horse you should really give Dusty a try. We have miles of trails here at the farm, a large riding ring, round pen and plenty of pastures to ride.
