Seller Judy reports that one of her favorite rides is an approximately 11 mile ride to the beach at Tolovana Beach State Park park just south of Cannon Beach. You can ride there and back in a day, or leave a truck and trailer at the park...have another car and driver to drive back home, and just ride one way. We have a Weyerhauser map of the North Coast Forest Area on file with the trail highlighted.
The Indoor Arena Barn on this property consists of a 50' x 100' lighted arena, (2) 12 x 12 matted stalls and (1) 18 x 12 foaling stall, an interior hot and cold wash rack, and a bathroom with washer and dryer. Attached to the arena barn are 2 big run ins for a large pasture area.
There is an adorable apartment attached to the indoor arena barn.
Also part of the Indoor Arena Barn is a 12' x 24' insulated SHOP which is wired for 220 and 110. It features a sliding glass door to a balcony overlooking one of the pastures.
