Hi Lindsay, the cost of the repairs has been taken into consideration (about $400) .. these saddles with no repairs needed are selling for $1,700 so it is still a great deal. If it helps I will throw in a tub of Butet conditioning balm and irons. (it already comes with leathers). If you don't want (or need) the extras, make an offer and I will run it by the owner.
