16 hand 5 1/2 year old liver chestnut/black Oldenburg mare, registered and branded. Spirited, beautiful mover with excellent confirmation. She is extremely smart and is a quick learner. Her sire was Encore and her grandsire was the famous Art Deco so she has an excellent pedigree for breeding. Good potential to excel in dressage and jumping for the right individual. She has been and is currently working with a natural horsemanship trainer in Snow Camp, NC. She needs an experienced horseperson with good leadership skills who must be willing to work with her on a regular basis (which I am unable to do). Really want to see her achieve her full potential. For sale as brood mare and/or continued training with an experienced trainer. I am trying to sell her for much less than she is worth and am willing to negotiate to find her a good home.

Hello is this mare still available. I have finally sold my horse and in search gor my new match! I would like to try to visit her next week or weekend?
Good luck in your search. My trainer list his mare in the process of birthing a foal. The foal did not live. I decided to leave Serenade with him. I need to update the ad
I emailed you a month or so ago about your mare. Could you give me the trainer's number so I can set up a time to see her? My friend/trainer is also in the Snow Camp area and has agreed to go take a look at her for me. Thanks! Lynn

Hi, Lynn asked me to contact you so I could look at your mare for her as I live in Snow Camp and I understand that is where the mare is. I could possibly look at her Sunday afternoon if that works for you and/or the fellow who is training her.
Hi Susan. His name is Patrick Totten. His number is 919 451-3467. He was out of town this week but is supposed to be back this weekend. I have to work but you can go ahead and set something up with him.

I am looking for a horse to bring along to do either hunters or jumpers. I just had to rehome my horse due to an injury he had prior to my buying him. I have been looking to lease with option to buy because I am on a real budget. I do not want to resell a horse. I want to keep it, spoil it, and show it occasionally. How green is this mare? Is she 16hh or over 16hh?
I certainly understand your circumstances but I really cannot afford to lease. I have been riding her for over one year now but usually one to three times a week. I have been doing basic ground work and dressage. She has a beautiful headset and beautiful gaits. I had started doing a lot of lateral work. She had jumped some field jumps uncounted only but looked good. She has not done much trail work. When I had measured last she was right at 16 hands. Would you like to take a look at her?
Do you have any video of your mare?
I do not currently. I have planned to take some better pictures and video as the current pictures do not do her justice. She is in Snow Hill and I am in Zebulon. I want to go this week if it does not rain. I would love you to take a look at her. I can give you my trainers number and you can set it up with him. Definitely worth your time. Where do you live?
