These trailers drew one heck of a crowd at the Belvidere IL horse days. If your vehicle is rated to tow 3500 pounds then you can pull anyone of these Fautras trailers. The Difference between the Provan Premium and the Club is that the Premium comes with the Aid System, has the 6 different colors to chose from, has the decorative trim, has hub caps and a second exit door. If those are important to you, then look at that model. The top portion of the CLUB doors also slide down just like the other Fautras models. If you are just wanting to get to the show or the trails and don't care about those options then lets talk about the Club. This trailer is White, has the progressive lifetime floor made of Polyethylene, has the Fautras Tech Partition and the immediate security breast bar with one full size front door for your horse to either back out the way he came in or exit out the front. The rear doors have easy drop down tops to ventilate the same as all the other Fautras trailers. The butt bars are a regular butt bar instead of the Aid system. These are shipped from France either already built or the parts are shipped to R.I. where they build them and then shipped to the dealers. These are European designed, invented, engineered, used and now we have them here in the U.S. to help us transport our horses with smaller tow vehicles. Guess what? they work. The Fautras trailers have won many awards in Europe for their innovative ideas. They are now being sold in South America, Mexico, Saudi Arabia and all across the world. This is not a "fly by night" Company. The weight of the trailer empty is 1980lbs loaded it would be 4400 lbs but the remarkable part is that the LOADED TONGUE WT is 154lbs WITH TWO HORSES!!. If your vehicle is rated to pull 3500 lbs then you can pull these trailers. Your tongue capacity is 350 lbs or a little more by American Standards which what you are being based on. This trailer only has 154 pounds on the back end of your tow vehicle and will NOT bring the front of your vehicle up. That is why Americans use Weight Distribution Bars and Sway bars. The Europeans don't need all that. The brakes are built into the trailer (Electric brakes are illegal in Europe) to make sure the trailer stops, The wheels camber and caster so no reason for sway bars and the engineering of how the horses are loaded and where they center them keeps the tongue weight at a minimum. You are good to go when you tow a Fautras with your six cylinder SUV or wagon. I pulled my first European trailer with my 1990 Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser for 3 years before selling it to a friend who to this day still has it and uses it.
