Built in 2004, the basic metal sided Tru-Bilt pole building is 125’ x 200’, with 85’x 200’ clear riding wood surrounded arena, plus 2-20’ x 200’ lean to’s with 5 9.5’ x 11’stalls with 3 storage areas between, 10’x 11’ tackroom with concrete floor, holding area, and hayloft on one side and 15 11’x15’ stalls, large enough for foaling, and more space on the other side. Attached 40’ x 105’ extension with tilt out thermopane windows has trainers’ quarters with kitchenette and full bath as well as handicap accessible half bath, air-conditioned office, 20’ x 20’ workshop/storage room with concrete floor, bleachers, and judges’ loft. Trainers’ quarters could be used as bunk area for 8-10. All ceilings and walls have double bubble plyfoil wrap, R-10. Main building is designed to add ceilings if needed, with trusses 5’ on center. For even more strength, the inside perimeter of the arena has 4’ metal reinforcement from the top. Building is designed so that additions could be made to back and sides while staying structurally sound and still allowing headroom for horses. All load-bearing poles are laminated and treated 2’x 8’s. Heading and heeling chute, made of oil field pipe, and roping chute stay. Doggin’ chute, 6-horse walker, and other equipment do not stay.
