It is crossed by a seasonal creek and it has dense South Texas brush which produces trophy deer. The ranch has a 5 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom brick home (+/-3,400 sf) that is in good condition with a new roof, vaulted ceilings, wood wall paneling, and tile flooring. Adjacent to the home there is a 2 vehicle garage (+/-768 sf). The ranch also has a second home (+/-1,350 sf) that is currently vacant and needs to be remodeled. The owner reports an average whitetail in the mid-160s with deer scoring in the 170s and 180s. The owner himself harvested a whitetail in 2006-07 that scored over 185 Boone and Crockett and he took a deer that scored in the 170’s this current 2007-08 season.
