!!!SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY!!!!
Kolbeinn (or Kol for short) is a Yellow Dun.
He has very good bloodlines!
His sire was a first prized stallion(which Kolbeinn looks exactly like him) and Kolbeinn's dam was a first prized mare. Kolbeinn is one of the last Kolskeggur babies around. He is very well gaited, he shows beautiful movements out in the pasture. He tolts like crazy. I do believe he is five gaited, just like his sire.
Kolbeinn has a very thick beautiful mane and tail. His tail touches the ground already. He has great solid feet, gets them trimmed regularly.
Kolbeinn is a very sturdy Icelandic.
He is halter broke.
He stands to be fly sprayed, walk over tarps, stands to have a blanket thrown over his back. He stands to be tied, or cross tied. He will go for walks in the woods, walk up and down hills.
He lounges on a lounge line as well.
He is a very easy keeper, low maintenance.
He is NOT broke to ride because he is still to young. Icelandics should not be broke until they are at least 3 1/2 - 4 years old because of their smaller stature.
Pictures really don't show his true beauty compared to seeing him in person. When he sheds out in the summer his color is unbelievable. He has gorgeous zebra markings on his legs. In the winter his coat gets very thick. The 3rd photo is Kolbeinn's sire. Kolbeinn will look like his sire. Some of my pictures of him won't upload on here but I do have other photos of him.
The 5th photo of him where you can't see all of his face is his summer coat in 2011.
