PRESTIGE Dressage Saddle - LA SELLERIA ITALIANA
Wonderful used Prestige dressage saddle. The tree is sound and the billets are tight. The seat measures 16 1/2" from the middle of the front button to the middle of the cantle. It has a very roomy seat and rides like a 17". It has a medium sized tree with ~ 5" gullet and ~ 7 1/2" from dee to dee. The flap measures 17" from the stirrup bar to the bottom. The serial number is 1733311035 - I believe the 17 is the seat size, 33 is the tree size in cm and the 03 is the year of manufacture. You can contact Prestige to be sure. The model is not marked on the saddle but it is similar to the 2000. This saddle has soft padded knee flaps with generous knee rolls underneath. It has a wide V style girthing system which allows for better saddle fit and balance. A nice deep seat with a close contact feel. It has Prestige on the buttons and La Selleria Italiana stamped on the back of the cantle. The color is a very dark brown but looks black from a distance. The saddle is used and does show wear but perfectly suitable to take to the shows! Prestige saddles are made in Italy and are highly sought after! The leather is of very nice quality and soft and supple. The new comparable Prestige models retail for around $3000!! I ask 1300 neg. email me for pictures!!!
