This is a handsome, slick, sturdy and sound 12 hand John mule. Walker is friendly and easy to catch. He has no fear of anything. Trail ridden by our 7 year old grandaughter but can handle my 140 pounds without any problem. The nice thing about this mule is his easy and fun to ride running walk. He would be great to pony a child on if you ride gaited horses and need something tough, quick and dependable that can keep up without wearing out the rider. He has been shown in local trail class and won.

Sorry to bother you again. What type of bit do you use on Walker and does he use pony size tack or standard size? If I purchased him would you possibly be able to meet me 1/2 for me to pick him up? I'd reimburse your fuel.

Hi April. You are not bothering me. Sorry it took me so long to answer. We use a 4.5 inch mouthpiece on Walker and a full size saddle with an adult rider. It would cost you more to reimburse us for fuel than it would take to haul Walker. We have also found that the transporters are really good at what they do and take good care of the animals. If you have more questions feel free to call Dan @ 828-208-0147
