I have two horses for sale at one price. $1400.00

Both are around 14 yrs old and have been hanging out in the field doing nothing for the past year. One is a buckskin gelding 16hh the other a sorrel mare 15hh. I would like to see them go as a pair as they have been buddies since long before I owned them. I would recommend experienced riders since they have just been hanging out being horses for a while now.

Perry is located about midway between Lansing and Flint along the Interstate 69 Corridor at M52. We are about 6 miles south of town.

What else can you tell me about both horses, such as are they well broke, do they ride out alone, are they traffic safe, do they go through water/mud puddles, do they stand while being mounted? How are they with vet and farrier? Would be very interested in coming to see them. Thanks, Allie

Both are good with the vet and farrier and stand to be mounted. They are broke horses but as I stated in my ad have not been out riding in about a year. I cant stress enough that they should have an experienced rider until they are back in the swing of riding. An un-experienced rider giving a wrong correction can not only end up in a bad experience for the rider but an unwanted habit in the horse. We live next to a busy road and the traffic going by does not bother them but we have not had them out riding in the traffic ourselves. Their previous owner would ride them down the backroads but I cannot answer on how they did with cars.

Can your horses be ridden English saddle and bridle? Katie 517 285 8620

I honestly have no idea if either of them has ever been rode with english tack. We rode them western and the couple who owned them before them also rode western. They do both direct rein though.

Interested in the buckskin or sorrel. Experienced rider but need a horse I can work off from if necessary to help my husband who isn't experienced at all. Is it the two for 1400.00 or each for that price? Recently bought a mare for husband, ... where were you guys when I wanted two, but am still interested if they're bot a deal and senseable. Call or email. We're in Columbiaville, near Lapeer, MI.

Hello! I am interested in your horses. Can you give me some more information? How long have you ownedthem? Before the last year when you would ride were they well behaved? Are they road safe? I have 24 years of riding experience so I am not a beginner but I do not like a bucker. Have they ever bucked? If I was to buy I would take them both. I bought a pair last year that had been pasture mates for 11 years and I keep them together. :) I look forward to hearing from you.

We have had them for almost 3years. The sorrel mare will do what I call a but pop. She doesnt actually buck but will give a little bump to test her rider. We have not taken them down the roads ourselves but the couple who owned them before us lived on the backroads and did ride them on the road. Let me know if you have any further questions.
