Dakota is a 14 to 16 year old Appaloosa gelding, loves to trail ride, and loves kids. He is very soft and gentle in the mouth, no need to force anything. Just ask him and he will go to the end of the earth with you. Good in the pasture with other mares, geldings and my stallion. Dakota foundered his front feet a while ago. Very easily managed with proper and regular farrier visits. He is not lame and will go in shoes or barefoot. We rescued him from an idiot!! From the moment he jumped from the trailer, we knew he had so much more to give. He got a bath, and his feet done, and as they say the rest is history. He is a very easy keeper, no suplements or special needs, saddle him and go. He will be a very nice trail horse, or some ones 4H project. Look at the pics......
