Crime for fun or money?

Crime for fun or money?

A mysterious crime has been working its way around Taber and surrounding areas in the South of Canada. The numerous numbers of horses that have had their tails chopped off are being looked into. One case where 2 mares were involved, one of which was for sale, where found with about 2.5 feet of hair cut off their tails. This is thought that it will make the horse much harder to sell.

It is unknown whether this is suppose to be a joke or if the culprit is planning to use the hair for money. Horse hair is popular because it is strong and can be used for many things. The motivation for this bizarre crime is still currently unknown.
