Charged for Feeding a Police Horse

Francis Kelly caused an uproar from the police when he fed Scottish police horses sausage rolls. Although he was told to stop, Kelly, 41, carried on therefore was charged with breach of the peace. According to the officers, Kelly became angered and aggressive when they told him to stop feeding the horse. Francis Kelly pleads not guilty currently and is due in court in February. His excuse is that he simply thought the horses looked hungry.
