We are now accepting applications for paddock board! We are a private farm with a great group of people already here! Horses are turned out in beautiful spacious treed paddocks with each having it's own water supply and large run-in shelter. We also rotate horses through the summer pasture that is now in place to offer free grazing and encourage the natural trajectory of the horse. We have approximately 20 acres of trails, a 4 acre soon to be a Cross Country Course, a 60 foot round pen for additional training, and our 70 x 130 Outdoor Arena with schooling jumps. We also have a large Dirt Bike Track that has MANY hills and jumps perfect for conditioning your horse as well as a large natural Schooling Water Hazard! Still under development, but coming along nicely, it is indeed becoming that dream come true oasis set in the pocket of mother nature and is blossoming every day in the deep heart of our family. We are now accepting applications for stall and paddock board for Spring 2011. We are a new build facility and are going to completely up and running this year! We are also just clearing the space for our New Stadium Arena with all weather footing, and scouting spots for our cross country jumps on our cleared 4 acre course, which will finish off the three individual legs of Eventing for complete schooling right here at home. Stall board includes full care, custom diet plan, 10x10 matted stalls with separate paddock turn out exclusive to stalled horses. We do require an application & interview for potential boarders, & all boarding contracts require a deposit equal to one month's boarding fee. This deposit is fully refundable with a 30 day notice before discontinuing boarding.
