OT is a 9 year old gelding. We are not getting enough time on our horses so we've decided to sell him. We bought him as my horse (a 'husband horse' since I'm not an experienced rider), to replace my 25 year old. He was sold to us as a very solid, been there done that, riding horse. The previous owner felt he was stable enough to be a therapy horse. He lived in Wyoming and did pack trips, trail rides, etc.
He's a bigger boy, 14.2 hands, solid to hold me as a bigger rider. So if you are looking for a sleek, performance fjord this isn't him.
In the 2 years we've had him, I have to say he is a gentle giant. We haven't had enough time on him to really say he's bombproof, hence the reason we have decided to sell him.
He loads well into the trailer, takes grooming/bathes/clippers just fine, is good for the vet and farrier, is up to date on all shots/vaccinations. He is a easy keeper in our group, doesn't dominate, doesn't cause a fuss, isn't picked on by the others. Just gets along well.
