Need young female roommate on 9 acre farm. No kids!

FIRST AND LAST REQUIRED. YOU WILL NEED TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT ALSO. I will be residing at the property. I am a 26 year old female with a 23 year old mare (female horse). I have a small 8.24 acre hobby farm with one 12 x 12 bedroom to rent. Cats are welcome. Dogs can live in the back yard and barn. (Sorry no dogs in the house.) In a two stall barn with tack room and hay loft. A friendly horse is also welcome for either self care or part care. You supply hay, grain supplement, bedding etc. (Horse will need a coggins test and strangles test. also you will need your own horse insurance - no race horses please) The house is 850 square feet. On well water. We will split on hydro. The renting female I am looking for. Will be between the ages of 19 and 35 please. Also you will have a separate driveway. No children. and no significant other. Just because the house is small. Rent will be available after May. Hard to say. Renovations are still taking place. Please email or text me for details.
