Hi What size are the bedrooms. Could you take a few of the outside of the barn showing siding, exit of the barn to the pasture. The location of the barn and the out buildings to the house. It was mentioned that the house roof was done when was the barn roof done last or year built? On the map it looks like the home is located at an intersection? Is this a well traveled road or more remote? What is height of the fence as I have Draft horses? I read the other email which mentioned there are many trails available which is great. Can a home be built on the lot with the septic and well, should I choose. Is this considered Agricultural zoned. Lastly what is the reason for the +/- in front of the 25 acres? I am in NY. Can this home be viewed should I come down to SC?
Thank you for your time in advance. Jayne
Hi Jayne Thanks for asking about the farm. Here is the link from my realtor who also has it http://www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-detail/5972-Carolina-Rd_Green-Sea_SC_29545_M57475-41054 The pictures show the distance from house to barn. Close enough to get to but not too close for any traffic interfering with you. Also the picture shows the 3 exits to the fields. I do not know when the roof was done for the barn but it looks almost new. The barn is post and beam. The siding of the barn is metal - all in excellent shape. The home is not on an intersection if you have google earth look up the address. It is old and not when we owned it but shows where the little house use to be which we got rid of. It is an approved building lot. All you have to do is pull electric in. The road is very quiet. Not a busy one. The height of the board fencing is about 4 foot. I will have to get the measurements of the bedrooms for you since we are traveling for the holidays. the +/- is the way the system is measured down south. It is verbage the way the surveyors do it down here. If purchased you have to fill out an agricultural form. Also to get the tax rate that we have you also have to make it your homestead-another form from the appraiser. There are remotes for the main gates down at the road. The box has the key pad to punch in your access also. Plus a button that calls your landline and by pressing a number at the house you can open gate. Great property because you are really close to the beach to do all your dining and entertainment and then come home. We are originally from Ridgefield, CT Happy Holiday. Hope this helps 5972 Carolina Road, Green Sea, SC 29545

We are looking to relocate from Tn to south Carolina. We are not set on any particular region yet. Saw your property was closer to the beach, are there any local riding trails you can trailer out to? Here in TN the closest trails we are to are 55 miles away. Looking for our " perfect " retirement property this time. WE would also like to be close to some form of water preferably a lake. Thank you
Hi Greta Yes we are close to trails. In a matter of fact I have a friend down the road that trail rides all the time here. There are lots of dirt roads. There is also Lumber River Camp grounds about 20 minute trailer ride. A half hour away you can ride trails and beach at Inlet Plantation down in North Myrtle Beach. I ride on the dirt roads a lot. There is also Simpson Creek 15 minutes away. There is a lake just over the line-Lake Tabor in Tabor City, NC. People swim there and do some sort of boating but 45 minutes away is Lake Waccamaw with lots of skiing and boating. That's NC. This property has it all from horses, pool, beach, trails and privacy!! Hope this helps. Thanks for asking
Interested in seeing how much of the property is fenced.
Can u provide paddock details or fencing details .
All the property is fenced. From the road all the way behind the farm. I do not have small fields there are two large fields on both sides of the driveway going around the house and encircling the barn. We believe in large fields which encourages grazing and no pacing at the fence. Also if there are several horses in them they are able to get away. So in other words all of the property is fenced. Thank you for asking Victoria Clark 910-918-2914 cell PS I see you have a Las Vegas exchange--my Mom moved back from there and my really good friend with 3 horses moved here now to Myrtle Beach from Vegas The address if 5972 Carolina Road Green Sea SC 29545 Feel free to look it up on Google Earth. The home in the front of the property is no longer there. I was a mobile home that the previous owner put up for his son and family. All the outsheds as well are no longer there. We turned it back into one large field and closed up the old driveway that was there. It is an approved building lot. We did leave the well and septic there and is marked in the ground if anyone wanted to put up a second home
