We are looking to relocate from Tn to south Carolina. We are not set on any particular region yet. Saw your property was closer to the beach, are there any local riding trails you can trailer out to? Here in TN the closest trails we are to are 55 miles away. Looking for our " perfect " retirement property this time. WE would also like to be close to some form of water preferably a lake. Thank you
Hi Greta Yes we are close to trails. In a matter of fact I have a friend down the road that trail rides all the time here. There are lots of dirt roads. There is also Lumber River Camp grounds about 20 minute trailer ride. A half hour away you can ride trails and beach at Inlet Plantation down in North Myrtle Beach. I ride on the dirt roads a lot. There is also Simpson Creek 15 minutes away. There is a lake just over the line-Lake Tabor in Tabor City, NC. People swim there and do some sort of boating but 45 minutes away is Lake Waccamaw with lots of skiing and boating. That's NC. This property has it all from horses, pool, beach, trails and privacy!! Hope this helps. Thanks for asking
Interested in seeing how much of the property is fenced.
Can u provide paddock details or fencing details .
All the property is fenced. From the road all the way behind the farm. I do not have small fields there are two large fields on both sides of the driveway going around the house and encircling the barn. We believe in large fields which encourages grazing and no pacing at the fence. Also if there are several horses in them they are able to get away. So in other words all of the property is fenced. Thank you for asking Victoria Clark 910-918-2914 cell PS I see you have a Las Vegas exchange--my Mom moved back from there and my really good friend with 3 horses moved here now to Myrtle Beach from Vegas The address if 5972 Carolina Road Green Sea SC 29545 Feel free to look it up on Google Earth. The home in the front of the property is no longer there. I was a mobile home that the previous owner put up for his son and family. All the outsheds as well are no longer there. We turned it back into one large field and closed up the old driveway that was there. It is an approved building lot. We did leave the well and septic there and is marked in the ground if anyone wanted to put up a second home
