17" ( measures just over 17".5) Like new Wintec Pro Dressage Saddle. This beauty saw very little use and is one is the newer Wintec models. It has the adjustable gullet system, adjustable Y girthing system, removable flexi blocks, Neoprene pannels, and has an extra strap to tie under your horse to pull the flaps in tighter if needed. Does not have the CAIR button but it doesn't feel wool flocked to me.
