Samsula! Investors take note! 1.25 acre lot in the country. Please read the following from the Volusia County Land Development Office: "This is portion of a lot within the Howe & Curriers Allotment. It does not have physical access from Samsula Drive. It is zoned A1 which requires a minimum lot size of 10 acres, this parcel is only 1.25 acres, therefore a nonconforming lot letter or variance would be required to overcome the parcel size issue. Furthermore, the entire parcel is within an area of "Environmental Review Required" which typically means wetlands. Since there is no physical access, this parcel is not currently eligible for building permits. Physical access would require a paved road, sidewalk, drainage, etc. to the nearest publicly maintained paved road."
