Insulated & AC Show trailer

1992 Sooner Dynasty 6 horse trailer with a carpeted dressing room with AC and heater, hat rack, clothing hanger and shelf. Large mid sized tack with 6 saddle racks numerous blanket bars and bridle hooks also rear tack with bridle hooks and area for feed. Fully insulated dressing room and horse area, Lights in side dressing room, both mid and rear tack and in the horse area. Rubber lined. A complete new aluminum floor was installed in 2009 ( a $5200 cost). Brakes, bearing and axles were just gone through last year. Wiring updated in 2009 as well. New tire with less than 400 miles and has a spare tire. Excellent condition. We used it when the kids were showing and now have downsized. Works great for over night stays and it pulls great! Has a side ramp for loading and rear split doors for loading as well as 1 front escapre door. Also has a roof rack for hay. New with all these same options this is a $45000 plus trailer.
