Im looking for a horse?!

Hi my name is Samantha, I am looking for a calm deadbroke horse/pony that I can ride. I am looking to do english pleasure and/or hunt seat and maybe in a few years, a small amount of jumping just for fun in my backyard. I am in 4-H, and I may enter a few shows here and there, but I wont be showing hardly at all. What im looking for is a calm horse that has been through it all and is kid safe. I want something that is more on the older side, and is not 2,3,4,5, years old. But then I dont want something to old that doesnt have anything left in him. Color does not matter at all, Im not picky with how my horse looks. Any color is fine! Height is Preferably something that is between 13.2 - 14.3 Hands high, and I would prefer a gelding, but mares are fine too. Temperament should be 5 or less. Im looking for a good beginner/intermediate horse that has done alot and is used to being ridden but still has enough get up and go for an intermediate rider. The horse breed doesnt matter to be as much as everything else. My price range is from 0 - $3000. Looking for something close to Ohio. Horse does not need to be registered, but it is great if he/she is. I know horses like these are almost impossible to find in my budget and I just hope I will find something soon.
