Hudson is an 8 year old walking horse gelding. He stands 15.1 hands high, with a nice stocky build and good conformation. He is a smooth and easy ride, making him a great trail or woods horse. With his strength and endurance, he would also be an excellent candidate for field trial or plantation. He's powerful, but not pushy. This horse is obedient and easy to handle. When you ride Hudson, you'll know he is up to the task and you are going to be taken care of. Hudson will easily load, clip, bathe, trim, stand quiet to mount and dismount, stand quietly when hitched, trailer well, stand for the farrier, etc. This is a basic, well behaved horse at our farm.
