Very well bred, sire was a third level dressage horse. Salami was sold to us as a kid's horse and he's not. He's stout and well put together. Has been my husband's horse, but he would rather ride ATVs. Will trade for an older barrel horse that is at least 3D/2D.
For barrels he can go to either barrel first, but seems to prefer the left barrel. He has been around cattle in team sorting, trains, ATVs, kids, dogs, cats, chickens, had ropes thrown around him and on him (we're not ropers), and more. He's solid and ready for a job. I have two horses of my own, and he's not for kids, so he needs to move on.
OBO - will trade for an ATV or an older horse with some miles that either is well broke and might do well on barrels, or is already a 2-3D horse and you want something faster. Salami has speed and a rocking chair lope! |
