I will consider a lease but she is to stay at her current home in Campobello if leased. Julie is a Fancy Mare with a lot of presence. She is a VERY,VERY, RARE, white and blue roan spotted Tennessee Walking horse/Spotted Saddle Horse. She has excellent ground and stable manners. She will tie, clip , load, bathe and stand for the farrier . Julie will need a confident experienced rider. Julie has been bred in the past and produced a beautiful red roan filly who later became a show horse. Julie has no health issues. No history of any colic and is 100% sound. She has great feet and conformation. Julie is current on all vaccines and Coggins. Won't be due until March 2010. She is on a rotating worming schedule. She is an EASY keeper!! Julie will be shown very soon for the first time. If she does well, her asking price will increase. I will consider reasonable offers.
