He is currently having a training tune up and he's doing great! A 15 year old girl is doing wonders with him right now! He even has barrell speed! I have 3 horses now and only me riding, only so many hours in a day. Must sell ASAP. Oakley will make a great all around horse. He was born and raised on a working cattle ranch until I bought him in Jully, 2006. He got along with my mares right away and is currently in turn out with my other gelding. I stall him at night and he is turned out during the day year round. He has had intensive training in ranch work and trail riding. I only used him for trail riding. He will lead, follow or go in the middle. He needs a confident rider. He is very friendly. He's the first one to the gate. Very curious and personality plus! He loads, clips bridle path only, stands for farrier and bathes well. Easy keeper. Oats and hay. He is utd on vacs, farrier and worming. I would love to see him go to a home that will ride, ride, ride. That's what makes him happy. Great for ranch work. Very loveable fellow. What a horse! Please feel free to call. Thanks for looking.
