| "Fudge" is a good looking, well-built AQHA stud. His breeding fee is $650. He has been competing in Reining and Working Cowhhorse. Opening show 2008 Valley Cowhorse/National Stock Horse was 1st in Reing & 1st Limiited Hackamore Worlking Cow. Finished 3rd overall for 2007 in Valley Cowhorse Association standings in both Reining and Working Cowhorse. He finished first twice and was Reserve Champion in Open Reining at the Bear Valley Springs (CA) Horse Show and was the High Point Winner for the season.
His other nickname is "The Iceman" for his cool demeanor at horse shows.
Fudge has outstanding bloodlines. His sire, Plain Dual Nic, has about $40K in cutting money. (Foals by Plain Dual Nic are selling for $4-6,000.) His grand sire and great grandsires are Just Plain Colonel ($50K+ NCHA) and Colonel Freckles (1976 NCHA Champ). His paternal side also includes Dual Doc, Jewel's Leo Bars, Doc's Remedy and Sugar Vandy.
His dam, RWS Golden Lady, has quality AQHA performers in her pedigree. His grandsire Solid Gold Edition was Superior Halter, great-grandsire Benito Bar Jack was a 1979 AQHA Champ, and his great-granddam Rapid D'or Billie was a ROM Superior Producer. Other outstanding horses on his maternal side include Doc's Benito Bar (AQHA Champ), Sally Jack (ROM Producer), Rapid D'Or (double bred, ROM), Rapid Bar (AQHA AAA+), Robin D'Or (Supreme Producer), Hank Bar, Three Bars and Sugar Bars.
