| Diamond is the perfect first pony for an intermediate rider looking to learn the ropes in jumping and eventing. In fall 2007 he competed at Derbyshire Horse Trials (eventing) where he placed 4th. He has schooled over water, banks, ditches, logs and more. Diamond has also successfully competed at Pony Club games rallies, as well as Show Jumping rallies. He has done Kent County Youth Fair for two years and is always in the ribbons. I am jumping him 2’6” to 2’9” courses, and we have done singles up to 3’3”. He does fences such as skinnies, arrowheads, coops, gates, and oxers. Diamond has some dressage work, including beginning lateral movements, and he flexes nicely. I trail ride him a lot, and he loves it, and we also swim in the river. He is very good at being ridden bareback!!! Last year we showed as part of the Coop Troop Drill Team at the MSU horse Expo, and we have done the Ada Christmas parade for years. Diamond is UTD on all shots and coggins, and recently had his teeth floated. He is great with being clipped, bathed, tied, trailered, and stands for the vet and farrier. Diamond loves his job and is a “crawl in your pocket” type pony. Sadly selling because I need to move up to a horse. Asking $4500. Thank you for your interest! |
