Popeye is an 11 year old registered Canadian Sport Horse gelding with many show accomplishments. Warmblood/Clyde cross and stands 17.1hh. Popeye is big, bold and very gentle. He has an even temperament and superb conformation, loves people and is a pleasure to work with. An excellent mount for the accomplished rider as well as the young amateur or beginner. Popeye is very versatile and has competed in a variety of events including fox-hunting, jumping, hunter jumper, hunter under saddle, games, dressage and cross-country. Plus he’s a great trail riding horse. Popeye was Reserve Champion for walk trot for the Kawartha Lakes Dressage Association and has completed training level in dressage. This big boy is ready to be partnered with a rider interested in show or pleasure.
