Horse property that has been setup as a horse therapy. The license, EIN, web site, arena and such are done. We just recently adopted a special needs baby and do not have the time or funds to finish. It is ready to finish with just the interior of the arena and you can open the doors. The four bedroom two and half bath house can be converted to a group home or bed and breakfast.
