Need a 2-4 bedroom home with room for at least 6 horses, in Strafford or Rockingham county New Hampshire, or in York county Maine, or in Essex county Massachusetts. Prefer a minimum of 5 acres and a riding ring. Will negotiate price depending on amount of land & size of house ($1500-3000/month). We can provide a barn & fencing if required (currently own a CoverAll barn & 5 acres worth of fencing to be errected). I am licensed under MDAR, Centered Riding, and CHA. We will also provide full property/business and instructor insurance.
