TH ranch is located on the west side of Pyramid Lake just 30 minutes from Reno. The main ranch area consists of a private canyon with Hardscrabble Creek running through the property. History of TH ranch goes back to the early 1900’s when Reno was a divorce colony.
The topography runs from fairly level meadow areas to hillside plateaus with views of Pyramid Lake, steep canyons and high rocky mountain tops. There are excellent water rights appurtenant to the ranch property. TH ranch includes a BLM grazing allotment (43CFR4100) encompassing approx 13,000 acres contiguous to the deeded ground.
