Absolutely, beautiful living quarters. Here we go. The very best of the best. What we have here is a 2008 HART Ultimate 3 horse living quarters with a 12’6� short wall, 7'4" Tall and 8' Wide. The living quarters has everything. And when you’re talkin’ OUTLAW CONVERSION, need I say more. The interior of this trailer has Dark Knotty Alder wood. Real wood!! No laminating here!!! Did you know that Outlaw Conversion makes all of their own cabinets and furniture. WOW. Very impressive. You can definately see the quality that they put into their conversion. In your “bedroom� area, you get to sleep on a queen mattress. Now finding sheets for this makes things much easier. The windows have the day and night shades and there are plenty of cabinets within easy reach. Want to watch TV in bed??? Go ahead and pull the TV out and turn it on. Rather watch a movie??? Put in one of your DVD’s instead. Night time reading makes it easy to do with the overhead reading lights. Or if you prefer to listen to your AM/FM CD Stereo, crank ‘er up inside or use the outside speakers. In your kitchen area, you are treated with the microwave/convection oven with the built in vented hood, 6.0 CU fridge that has the matching Alder wood, 3 burner recessed cook top (when you're not using your cooktop, just lower the cover and now you have more counter space...) and a single kitchen sink. The leather couch is adorable. The leather valances on your windows match your leather couch. If you need a table, just set it up to eat and if you need more sleeping space the couch converts to a bed. The bathroom is just right. Your have a porcelain toilet and a single sink which gives you more counter space. Beautiful base cabinets with the tile backsplash and the vanity cabinet has a mirror. This bathroom has a clothes hamper too!!! How cool is that. Best way to keep those dirty wranglers separate and out of the way. The shower is a neo angle shower with plenty of room and a sky light to boot. Last but not least, what I didn’t mention was that you also get Ducted A/C and Ducted Furnace. Most living quarters are not ducted. Then to run all of your goodies, you have an Onan gas Generator built in. With the warranty that OUTLAW CONVERSION places on their conversion, which is 3 YEARS, you can’t go wrong. Now, for the horse trailer. Wicked, Wicked, Wicked!!!! (In a good way). What a build. You can’t beat the Hart. You can’t beat their floors, their structure, their roofs. All Aluminum with a composite roof. Did you know the roof is 20% cooler than aluminum??? No flappy noises here!! Totally solid and cool....Just awesome!! This 3 Horse basically has everything on it that you would need. 8’ Wide and 7’4� Tall. The hydraulic Jack in the front will help take the work out of hooking and unhooking your trailer. The horse area is totally matted and padded all around. There are drop windows with the travel grills are on the head side AND drop windows on the tail side. Plenty of air flow if you need it. Stalls 2 & 3 have built in feed mangers in them with outside doors to access for storage. In the first position you have a stud divider with an escape door with the drop down window. There is also a door in the bulkhead wall to access your living quarters. The dividers are solid dividers so if you have horses that don't like each other, this is perfect. The tack in the rear and is collaspable. With the 60/40 doors on the back, but…… I say 70/30… You have a nice big opening for your horses to load and unload. And if you have more tack....well this trailer has a side tack too!! Totally carpeted on the walls with rows of hooks on the left and right wall to hang all of your headstalls on. The door for your side tack is 42" wide and that too has the carpet on the inside of the door. The door is lined up with blanket bars to hang your blankets on. (Also easy to reach too!!) You can place some of the saddle tiers in your side tack and have both places for your tack if you want. The pull out, self cleaning, aluminum step helps accessing your tack in an easy way. And of course this trailer is equipped with load lights on all sides. ,br> There is pull out aluminum, self cleaning step to help you get into your new living quarters. The hay rack up on top has the aerodynamic front and enclosed sides to protect your hay when you going down the road.
