9yr old, 15.3 hd Qarter/Arab gelding, has Western and Hunter Pleasure training. Extensive training and showing in trail. He is now ready to take someone all the way in the trail arena. Could do dressage, this horse has the moves and tracks up nice. Tommy has been on trail in the mountains, during the day and at night, alone and in groups. Has been on busy streets, without guard rails, during the day and at night. He has been camping, swimming in the ocean, through rivers, ridden through a mass of 200 runners during a race (human runners not equine). Daughter is interested in rodeo, this horse is not built for rodeo and this is the only reason this horse is for sale. He does all the expected things a show horse should do, trailer well( does not need to be lunged once you arrive at the showgrounds), settles right in at any new stable or show, bathes, stands for ferrier, ties( cross tie, vertical or horizontal tie rail), bits up with no problems, blankets easily(puts his head right in every time), clips well( only hore I have ever had that enjoys having his ears clipped). He is a clean horse, never dirty and will always go to the bathroom in the corner,tries to avoid getting his shavings dirty. He can be pushy on the ground which is why he requires more than a beginner owner.
