    About

Lorna Doone is a precious "Quarterlinger" (paint x haflinger) draft-cross pony with loads of potential. She turned 3 in April, and was started under saddle at the beginning of August. Don't let her age fool you! She has had 30 days professional training, proving to be a fast and eager learner, as well as a solid, calm trail partner. Rides out in woods and fields alone or in company already, stands for baths, farrier, etc. UTD on all shots, Coggins and deworming.

She is still quite young, but becomes more solid with every ride. I believe she would make a fantastic fox hunting partner for a kid or adult. My 6'3" beginner-level husband rides her around bareback with no issues for horse or rider! As long as I own her, I will continue to push her event and field hunter training. By the time this pony is 10 years old, I really believe she will be priceless. Any questions welcome via text or email :)
