Misty is a great little pony, she is about 15 years old, and a little under 14 hands tall. She has a bit of spunk and would be great for a new beginner who wants a walk trot pony. She has been used this past fall as a lesson pony, and became one of the favorites, she has also been used for the past three summers as a trail pony for young kids who have never ridden before. She does well at all of these things, but if used for what she determines "too long" usually after two or three hours, she will become cranky. She has never offered a buck, bit, or rear. She stands well for the farrier and loads in a trailer well. We ride her western, but she is direct rein. Misty has foaled once for us, and was a very good mother. She is at the bottom of the heard here. And she is one of the best keepers I have ever know. She eats very little and is very plump and round right now.
