GORGEOUS! Bess is the daughter of Kings KY Sunshine. She was born a buckskin but has grayed out. Came from the farm she was born on. Her papers still called her buckskin so we have completed the color change affidavit and have sent it to AQHA. She still has some of the buckskin color with roaning on her neck. Is bred to DB Peppy Dryoak for a March foal.
Rides wonderful! Lots of handle. Neck reins, backs, slide stops when asked. Great disposition just like her mother! Easy to handle on the ground and in the saddle. She moved around a little when we were picking up her hooves in the western video. Nothing bad but did wiggle a little. We've worked with her since and she is fine with this. Did great for the farrier. Super pretty mover.
Goes english and western. She liked the plain full cheek snaffle we used in the western video far better than she did the rubber encased one we used in the english video.
Bess did great on trails at McIntosh! Went through all the obstacles including getting into the river without any problem.
