Dakota is a registered solid bay 9.2hh Miniature mare. She is the bigger stocky type of mini, not the showy type. She has been ridden and driven, but has had a year off due to loss of interest. She has been ridden with and without a bit and mostly bareback. She was very tolerant with several of her inexperienced riders not having a clue what they were doing. She liked to go pleasure driving on quiet roads. She will willingly leave the farm and herd to go for a ride or drive. Dakota stands patiently to be groomed, mounted and tacked up, She picks up her hooves nicely, loads in the trailer and rides good, She also leads well and trots in hand. She has been in a parade and noises don't bother her, gunshots, car horn etc. She was almost always the boss when we had other horses, even to a 16 hand horse. She needs to be in a electric fence or a barrier fence such as a round pen etc. I would ideally like her to go to a good home where she will be used and entertained by children. She has foaled at least once before, but I don't want her in a home where she will become a brood mare. 1-2 foals would be Okay though. I am asking $600 for her, but I'm willing to entertain offers to a good home. May trade.
