Silk Road Marauder (a.k.a "Teddy), is a 15.3 hand 2005 purebred golden buckskin Akhal-Teke gelding. Teddy has a gorgeous golden coat with striking black accents and silver streaks in his mane. He is a naturally-balanced horse with athletic conformation, powerful hindquarters, and silky-smooth gaits. Teddy was started with natural horsemanship and is currently in professional training for three-day eventing, dressage, and jumping. He's proving to be an uncomplicated ride with potential for many disciplines. Teddy has a one-of-a-kind people-loving personality and a desire to please. He's easy to train, easy to handle, and is a joy to have at our barn. Extremely level-headed and confident on the trails and roads with traffic, heavy machinery, bicycles, motorcycles, etc. Teddy meets you at the gate with a whinny and puts his nose in the halter every time!
