Akbar -- thank you for your contact. There is not a lot of room for us to move, perhaps a little bit. The appraiser suggested to list at $700K which was the market/sales approach. The cost approach came out a little over $600K, so he averaged and got a fair market value of $650K and we are listing at $25K below the appraisal. I have about $630K invested in the property. Hi Michael -- the closest "major city" would be Bristol TN/VA about 30 to 35 miles away. Abingdon VA is about 20 miles south and a fairly large town. Lebanon VA is the county seat and about 7 or 8 miles east. Castlewood is another small community about the same distance north. Johnson City & Kingsport TN (two of the three Tri-Cities, Bristol being the third) are both from an hour to an hour and 15 minutes away. The Tri-Cities airport is about a 40 minute drive.
