Gaited horse for sale or trade

This sweet guy's name is Red. He a recently 13 year old chestnut peruvian paso, 15.1 hh. He is gaited and has an amazingly smooth trot. I bought him recently, without knowing the extent to some of his vices. He is an amazing horse on the ground, but he will not stand still when I try to get on him. I'm 16 years old, and do not have the experience to train a horse like he needs. I bought him underweight alothough he is gaining fast. I have him on 2 flakes on Bermuda a day. Once I get on his back, he is a lot better, however he does like to go fast, he is very good at pivoting. Red is a very sweet horse and I would absolutely love to see him go to a great home that can provide him with the work he needs. A trade for a more broke horse would be ideal, otherwise I am selling him at a low price of 1000 because I would like to get him to a home that an provide the work he needs as soon as possible.
