Full or Half Lease

Do you wish to have a horse but cannot commit totally, Leasing may be just right for you!

I will pay Routine Vet & Farrier Fees when you lease my horse.
We have a wonderful facility, a head trainer and riding instructor on site almost daily. The facility is ideal
with a 120 x 60 ft. heated indoor riding arena and a 110 x 70 ft. outdoor riding ring. There are also many public/private trails within walking distance from our farm. We are located at Pondview Equestrian Center on Wakefield Rd in Pascoag, RI. Visit the website at www.pondviewequestriancenter.com

Imaginary Man (Magic) is a 12 year old gelding –this thoroughbred loves to jump. Whether you’re interested in show or pleasure, he is capable. He is a great horse who needs a confident, calm and experienced rider. The lease is negotiable, half or full, a full lease is $425 or we can discuss a half lease. I have a second horse I am focusing on developing right now and need Magic to spend some quality time with the right individual. This is an ON FARM lease only.
