Emma Black Beauty foaled July 31, 2004 Black Bay ¾ Arabian, ¼ Fresian Mare 14.3hh. Trained through first level dressage by Anne Zaharias. Beautiful mover, very willing, likes to work, never argues. I knew nothing about dressage and started taking dressage lessons on Emma in March. She has been easy to learn on and has taught me a lot. Took her to her and my first dressage show June 7, 2014 at WEC. She was very level headed and took it all in stride we had many people comment on how nice she is.
She has had a foal in 2011 she was bred to a fresian stallion and was a good mother. Beautiful foal that is currently being boarded here. Not marish only way I can tell she is in heat is when she starts to get distracted and will whinny to other horses. Otherwise, she is a quiet horse even when you leave a group and you can’t see anyone.
Emma has been trail riding in the Daniel Boone National forest in Kentucky this spring. She did great went wherever I pointed her and didn’t have any problem leaving the group when asked. She leads, follows, rides alone, has no problem cutting through brush, crosses water, easy to catch, loves attention, rides with dogs, stands still for tacking and mounting, nice ground covering walk . I have done a lot of desensitizing with her and she has gone through Clinton Andersons method with me.
Great Endurance Prospect. Great for vet, farrier, dentals, shots, deworming. Up to date on everything. Nice solid hooves, healthy, easy keeper, great ground manners. she comes with her dressage tack. All purpose wintec saddle with changeable gullet and bridle. I am listing this mare for a friend please email [email protected]
