looks good,how is his gait?
Im sorry I just now saw this message. His gait is great. You have to learn him at 1st (really sit in the saddle). if you go to youtube.com and Search AnnaRuthie4 there are some videos of him.
please CALL me at 803-920-6107 if you are interested because I did not realize you had tried to contact me.
could he be a good beginner horse and do well in jumping?
I would not suggest this horse as a beginner horse because he would still be considered "green" since he has not been on a "consecutive" riding schedule and has only been riden for the past 2.5 years of his life (due to being gelded at a later age - 3 ).
Also, normally Spotted Saddle Horses are not used for jumping, especially if the horse is actually gaited. I am not saying he would not be good for this or that he would, but depending on the training he receives he might would one day - however, again he is gaited.
Please CALL if you have any questions because I have not been getting messages. 803-920-6107 Anna
