Purchased as an untested field trial horse. Dan has been my primary ride for 4 field trial seasons. He is a go all day horse with lots of bottom. He's stout built and will ride through anything. Good motor and soft mouthed. He's been exposed to dogs, horses, creeks, downed timber, 4-wheelers, trucks. Easy to trim, shoe and groom. Dan is trained to a stakeout and gunfire. He's an easy loader and has been hauled all over the southeast with no issues. Easy keeper. I've judged off him, roaded dogs, handled dogs, scouted. He needs a moderately experienced rider as he likes to go.
