This colt has a lot of size to him. Super rearend and very pretty head. I think he will shed out as a yearling a darker palomino with white mane and tail. Parents have awesome dispositions and he does too. My stud sires really good minds in all of his colts and they are quick to learn. Sire is a roping buckskin and there are a lot of really good roping and working horses out of the Old Tom Cat bloodlines. Dam is a buckskin colored dun with Peppy San Badger breeding. Her sire (Shown and won many times in NRHA ) sold for really big bucks out of the country. Should mature 15.2 HH range. Both testes are down. This is one wale of a colt that will make an awesome gelding or stud prospect. Definitely worth any travel time you may have for this one. Check my other ads for a sold buckskin gelding called Tank, this is a half brother. .....Note:.... to those of you that may have been following this colt since I just recently listed him..... you may wish you would have already bought him...... Disposition plus, plus, plus, Mellow, Mellow, Mellow...... I took him yesterday away from his budddies and put him in a small pen. He has never had a human hand touch him since he was born so I squeezed him into a gate and put a halter on him and let him go. 2 hours later I came back and grabbed the dragging lead rope, he actually came to me instead of trying to go backwards. The pen was smalll and had dirty shavings in it before I put him in there. .I cleaned it out and he just stood there and watched me. Put new hay in the manger. Took 2 new large bales of shavings and I kid you not, opened both of them not 2 feet behind him, spread them and even shook the bags, he did not even get concerned or even look back. I rubbed him down the entire body including the legs and feet with no problem and I dewormed him.
This is not a stupid colt, this is an awesome colt. Good legs, excellent mind, nice head and body, really nice eye and will have the desired palomino color. He is worth $1500 to me all day long as a stallion prospect or a gelding to show out of his sire. I am contemplating keeping this colt back. The last 5 pictures were taken in winter hair coming in on Nov 22nd, not cleaned up, just as he stands in the pasture.

Nov 24th Update: I am going to keep this colt for now. Thanks to all that expressed interest and for the offers. The only reason I have left him on this site is that I have mares foaling this spring and those foals will be for sale. His buckskin sire is also listed now on Horseclicks at stud service if you want to view him.
