Hosanna is a beautiful chocolate dappled palomino mare born in 2004. Her coat changes color with the seasons; in spring a lovely chocolate color, turning more golden in summer and almost white with the coming of her winter coat.
She has great conformation, a beautiful head, and a very unusual silver/white full mane and tail that shines like silver in the sunlight.
She is very gentle and a great mom. We've had four of her foals. She foals very easily; she hasn't needed our assistance with any of them. She takes good care of the babies, constantly guarding them from potential harm.
Her latest foal is Jordana, a tiny bay filly, born the 17th of April. She is a dollbaby with gorgeous color and a beautiful stance with head held very high and erect. She is very smart and learns quickly. The other foals were two golden palomino and one solid black stallion, all very beautiful; one looked like he might be only 28/29 in. tall when grown.
Hosanna has a great personality, very patient, calm, easy to be around, practically spookproof, obeys commands, comes from the field when you call her name, leads, ties out, stands for shampoo, loads, easy breeding, and on and on. She's a very easy keeper, strong and energetic, loves to eat and graze.
She is uptodate on vaccinations, worming, hoof trimming, and coggins report. Her teeth were last floated Aug. 2012.
This little duo would be marvelous companions for children, a special needs child, teenagers, or seniors - anyone who would enjoy the pleasure and beauty of two little faithful friends.
