Everything You Need on the Main Level!
Would you like the convenience of having everything you need on one level? Then check this one out!
As you enter the front door I think the first thing that will get your attention is the handscraped hickory flooring which was put in around a year ago. It's in the dining area, kitchen and also runs down the hallways. The second thing that will get your attention is the view of the back acreage you have when you look through the patio door in the dining area. But don't just stand there in the foyer, walk a few feet and turn and look at the kitchen. Oh my! The cabinetry, counter tops and all the GE Profile appliances will definitely keep your attention. If you would have turned the other direction and headed down the hallway, you would have found 2 bedrooms, a full bath and then the master bedroom and its full bath. Heading the other direction from the kitchen you'll find the laundry room/half bath and a huge living room. The living room is wired for surround sound and the speakers will stay. There's also a gas log fireplace here and another door to the 13' x 24' raised, concrete back deck.
The steps to the lower level are located in the living room. Down there you'll find an L shaped family room. By the way, if you're looking at the room dimensions, look at the family room and the rec room measurements and that's really just one big room. There are 2 additional finished rooms in the basement that have been used as bedrooms. The mechanicals are in the unfinished area and there's still enough room there for storage, exercise equipment or anything else you might want to put in there.
The house has a 2 car attached garage but if you have a lot of toys or yard implements, you may want to store them in the
40' x 72' pole building. It has a concrete floor, keyless entry, a service door on the side and garage type doors on each end. Another thing you may want to store in the pole building is all the pool toys that you'll want to have to use in the 27' round pool that's in the back yard.
The house sits on 6.04 acres (per A/O) which is mostly open and fairly level. There are some mature trees right around the house and the seller has planted hundreds of pine trees on the property. This might make a very nice "gentleman's farm". Big enough to have a garden, orchard and a few animals but not so big that it would be overwhelming.
