Legat is an elegant package with a kind heart. He has done a bit of everything from trails at Pony Club camp to jumping and cross country clinics to dressage shows. He really has the mind and presence for dressage along with the expressive and lofty gaits. He likes to learn new things and does so quickly. He has excellent manners both on the ground and in the saddle. He is patient with a less experienced rider, but will excel with an educated one because he's sensitive and while he has outstanding temperament, he looks to his rider for security and direction. He's a solid First Level and working Second. He has a terrific work ethic and is appreciative of regular attention. Born and raised on our farm he's been socialized and turned out with other horses and ponies all his life. He's very friendly and comes running when called in from the field. Legat is looking for his own special person to connect with and reach his full potential.
