This gelding spent his first 12 years on a ranch, the next 2 years gathering cows in the mountains, and the last year our 8-year old cowgirl rode him everywhere. This horse has been willing to do everything that we have asked him to do. Very easy going; neck reins; works off of leg pressure. His only downfall is that he is soft soled in the front end and so he needs to have front shoes. Very good with his feet, trailers well. The only reason we are selling him is that our 8-year old daughter has decided to get into the pig showing business, and he has too many useful years left to stand on our place.
